After complete an utter cowboy did the most terrible job on our house, Proctor have come and started again. The cowboy too 4 weeks…. Proctor had it done in 3 days. They were so skilled and professional from start to finish. The finished roof looks great. It was a whole new roof from start to finish – 3 days, no mucking about, no stress. I cant’ thanks them enough. I would not hesitate to recommend them or their incredible workmanship.

We needed a new roof for an old garage and the old asbestos roof needed to be dismantled and disposed of properly and in accordance with legislation. Proctor Roofing undertook the task professionally, on time and on budget. We were impressed with their service and their communication and would recommend them without hesitation.

We had 28 separate Rosemary tiles to be replaced in different parts of our semi detached row of cottages. The office efficiently organised for everything to be done in one day. The men worked efficiently causing no trouble to the residents or to the traffic in the lane.

A good job done and I would certainly recommend them.

Despite a bit of a wait to get our work fitted in, it was well worth it. It was completed quickly and efficiently, now looking good and well tidied up. Kelly kept us informed throughout and it all seemed to go according to plan – and the estimate!

Our architect Mr Paul Hutchings of PDG Architects Ltd obtained quotes for us to re-roof the pitched roof on our church and also all the flat roofs surrounding the building. When the quotes were received Proctor Roofing was the most competitive and works began in April 2023 and were completed October 2023. Ryan and the team were very professional and did an excellent job. They were very helpful in accommodating us so that our church could still be used whilst works were being carried out. I would have no hesitation in recommending this firm, in fact they are now going to help me with the roof on my own home.

A copper strip was fitted to the roofs to deter the formation of moss.

We engaged Proctor Roofing to carry out much needed repairs to our chimney which was leaking and on its way to falling apart. All the team were a pleasure to work with. The scaffolding arrived on time and the work was carried out by two very experienced craftsmen who really knew their stuff. All the work was done in short order and the scaffolding promptly removed. We now have the finest chimney in Thornham and I would not hesitate to recommend Proctor Roofing to anyone.

Recent storm damaged and moved many tiles on my old Norfolk pantile roof resulting in a danger to those below and loss of integrity to the roof. Emailed Proctor Roofing on Monday afternoon and within 24 hours the problem was solved. 2 Chaps and a ladder arrived and within 10 minutes they had replaced the damaged tiles and repositioned those that needd it. Very professional and very prompt service. Definitely a 5 Star organisation.

Our polymer balcony / flat roof was cracking and the resin being de-natured by sunlight, with a risk of leaking.

Wayne and his team sorted our problem and we now have a superb balcony we can use with confidence.

I had dry verge installed because the previous conventional system of tiles with mortar fillets had lifted due to high wind. The dry verge looks neat and will be less prone to being affected by high wind.. Proctor roofing were very obliging and installed the dry verge efficiently and in a timely manner

Managers from Proctor inspected the roof to a large outbuilding which was not lasting the test of time but was within the guarantee time period. There was no quibble that it was failing and they agreed they would replace it. Weather and other commitments meant that this took some time but eventually the scaffolding arrived and the roof was completely renewed within two days, at a standard above that of the original. The gentlemen doing the work were professional and pleasant. Kelly kept me up to date. The managers were very generous in that it transpires that the company which supplied the original materials had gone into liquidation. Proctor was recommended to me by the architect who designed the building. It was a good recommendation and one I would be very happy to repeat. This is a genuine, reputable, company.

Having tried for nearly two weeks to get someone to respond to my request to repair my wind damaged roof I was

Proctors did a really good job for me, from my first contact, visiting and giving an estimate for the work, regular and friendly office staff keeping me informed on dates of work etc, followed up by a very professional team of workers who completed an excellent job.
